Cross-Border Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all cross-border transportation bookings. Due to the exclusive nature of our service, each confirmed booking immediately reserves a dedicated vehicle and seat for the full journey duration. Upon confirmation, we decline all other requests for that vehicle/seat, resulting in direct loss if the booking is later cancelled.
Advance Payment Policy
A 30% advance payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm all cross-border transportation bookings.
- The advance payment secures vehicle availability, driver scheduling, border coordination, and all operational arrangements.
- Upon confirmation, the booked seat and vehicle are exclusively reserved and no longer available to other customers.
- Once the booking is confirmed, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the exclusive seat/vehicle reservation model, the following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellation 7 or More Days Before Departure
- 30% advance payment is forfeited (non-refundable).
- Remaining balance, if paid, will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation 3 to 6 Days Before Departure
- 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If only the 30% deposit was paid, an additional 20% charge will apply.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours or No-Show
- 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- No-show bookings are treated as last-minute cancellations.
Rebooking Policy
As an alternative to cancellation, customers may request a one-time free rebooking subject to the following conditions:
- Rebooking requests must be made at least 72 hours before the original departure time.
- Each booking is entitled to one (1) free rebooking. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a rebooking fee.
- Rebooking is subject to vehicle and seat availability on the new requested date.
- If the new date is unavailable, the original cancellation policy will apply.
- Rebooking does not extend the validity of any promotional rates or discounts.
Booking Changes
- Date or time changes are subject to vehicle availability and operational approval.
- Additional charges may apply for rescheduling cross-border services beyond the one free rebooking allowance.
- Route changes may be treated as a new booking and subject to full pricing.
Company Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the company cancels a confirmed booking:
- Customers will be notified as early as possible.
- A full refund of all payments made will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- Alternatively, a free rebooking on the next available date will be offered.
- The company is not liable for additional compensation beyond the refund of amounts paid.
Border & Travel Requirements
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and all required travel documents before departure.
- The company is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs caused by immigration, customs, or border authorities.
- Failure to hold valid travel documents does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Operational Delays
- Travel times may vary depending on traffic, border procedures, weather conditions, and government regulations.
- While we aim to provide timely service, delays beyond our control may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Governing Law & Disputes
This policy is governed by applicable local law. Any disputes arising from this policy shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the relevant consumer protection authority.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the booking and making the advance payment, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
